In a #mixing bowl{}, gently combine @lean ground turkey{1%lb}, @garlic powder{1/2%tsp}, @onion powder{1/2%tsp}, @ketchup{1 1/2%tbsp}, @Dijon mustard{1%tbsp}, @Worcestershire sauce{1%tsp}, @salt{3/4%tsp}, @black pepper{1/2%tsp}, @bread crumbs{1/3%cup}, and @egg{1} just until combined — do not overmix (mixture will be wet).

Shape into 4 patties about 1/2-inch thick. Press a thumb depression in the center of each. If the mixture feels too loose to handle, chill on a parchment-lined plate for ~{20%minutes} before cooking.

Heat a thin film of oil or cooking spray in a #nonstick skillet{} over medium-high heat. Cook the patties ~{4-5%minutes} per side until cooked through and an instant-read thermometer reads 160°F.

== Grill (alternative) ==

Clean and grease grill grates. Heat to medium-high. Grill the patties a few minutes per side until cooked through and an instant-read thermometer reads 160°F.

== Oven (alternative) ==

Bake at 375°F for ~{25-30%minutes} until cooked through and an instant-read thermometer reads 160°F, then sear ~{2%minutes} per side in a hot pan.

Serve on @hamburger buns{4} with condiments and toppings as desired.
